  11. I am wondering if those users with this modem have upgraded to new
  12. eprom 109b. Have you noted any improvement from orginal setup? Have
  13. connect speed been helped? Has downloading been enhanced? I have
  14. called for the 109b eprom and I am waiting, I understand it may take
